8. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right of withdrawal for 14 days from the receipt of the item, with the exception of goods marked as "Special Order". To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify Murano Classics within the timeframe. The buyer is also responsible for all costs associated with the return.

How to return and deductions from the refund

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must email post@muranoclassics.com within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned to our address in Italy, shipped insured via DHL Express or FedEx (return shipping paid by the buyer), and be unused and in original packaging. The refund is reduced by (a) the actual outbound shipping cost we paid (per DHL/FedEx invoice) and (b) transaction processing fees from the payment provider (Stripe / Shopify Payments) — up to 5%. Only actual costs, no mark-up. Documentation can be provided. These rules apply to all returns regardless of delivery country. See section 8 of the Terms of Service for full text.

International orders — refused acceptance / return

For orders outside the EU: if the buyer refuses to pay import duties or fails to collect the shipment, the actual shipping and administrative costs (outbound shipping from Italy, return shipping to our warehouse in Italy, and DHL/FedEx administrative fees) will be deducted from the refund. We charge only the actual costs shown on the carrier's invoice — no mark-up. See section 6a of the Terms of Service.
