6. Delivery

The chandeliers are made to order, with a typical delivery time of 2-3 weeks from order to delivery. For custom frames, which are not standard (patinated chrome), additional waiting time due to production should be anticipated. The goods are shipped via DHL Express/FedEx, and the customer will receive all necessary information via SMS and email.

6a. International delivery — customs, duties and refused acceptance

For deliveries outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs charges and VAT due in the destination country (collected by DHL/FedEx on delivery). If the buyer refuses to pay import duties or does not collect the package, the following actual costs will be deducted from any refund: outbound shipping from Italy, return shipping to our warehouse in Italy, and any DHL/FedEx administrative fees for return, re-routing or customs clearance. We charge only the actual costs that appear on the carrier's invoice — no mark-up. See section 6a of the full Terms of Service for details.
